Thornton Heath Community Action Team are looking for a new Secretary.
The role includes:
- Managing our email account
- Compiling and sending out our monthly newsletter via Mailchimp
- Organising the agenda for meetings
- Taking the minutes at meetings
As Secretary, you will be serving on the Committee alongside the Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and other current members. At present, there are 9 Committee members in total.
The Committee meet every six weeks or so and are in regular contact via email.
Our current secretary Christine will provide a handover, and you will have the committee’s support should you ever need help.
nb. Some aspects of this role can be learnt on the job. Mailchimp use, for instance.
