VOLUNTEER ROTA FOR CHRISTMAS TREE EVENT
SATURDAY 12TH DECEMBER

This year we are unable to hold our full Christmas Tree event with carol singing etc. but THCAT will still be erecting a Christmas Tree outside the old “Doris the Florist” shop by Thornton Heath station. We will also decorate the railings by Ambassador House and the station entrance and we hope to put up a festive selfie arch to bring a little joy and sparkle at the end of this difficult year.

We need volunteers to help get this done but, because of the tier 2 Covid restrictions, we can only have 6 people (or household groups/support bubbles) working at any one time. You will need to stay socially distanced and wear a mask.

If you would like to help out, please send a return email by Tuesday 8th December stating when you are available between 2-4pm on Saturday 12th December. You will then be allocated a 20-30 minute time slot on the volunteer rota (depending on the number of people who want to take part) and I will aim to inform you by email of your time slot by Thursday 10th Dec.

If you have any spare decorations or Christmas greenery please bring it along.

Many thanks,

Chris Milton (THCAT Secretary)
